We are delighted to announce the release of the next generation of the Vacancy Lab platform, equipping agencies with an even more powerful set of tools to manage the recruitment process.
Vacancy Lab 2.0 incorporates a wide range of performance enhancements and new features that collectively mark a significant step forward in the product’s ongoing evolution.
As well as ‘behind the scenes’ improvements to increase speed and strengthen security, users will benefit from a number of additional functions designed to smooth their experience and simplify the management of day-to-day tasks.
These include:
- Event syncing: Events can be shared between Vacancy Lab and Microsoft Exchange, meaning they appear in calendars and enabling users to set task reminders.
- Email tracking: Users have the potential to access a record of the date and time that messages are read by candidates.
- Automated reminders: Users can programme reminder emails to be sent at a specified time in advance of an event such as a candidate interview.
- Enhanced visual reports: A fully updated reporting package that gives users access to improved graph layouts and more data.
